Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead generation.
01. Information we collect
Alaris Palm Properties LLC (“Alaris,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may receive personal information when you contact us or use our services. This may include your name, telephone number, email address, property address, service requests, business correspondence, and information related to property management or real estate matters.
Our informational website does not include an online contact form. We do not collect telephone numbers or SMS opt-in requests through a website form. When you call or email us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide through those channels.
02. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries; assist with buying and selling real estate; coordinate property management, maintenance, inspections and showings; communicate with buyers, sellers, owners, residents, vendors, and clients; maintain business records; and meet applicable legal requirements. When you have given the required consent, we may use your mobile number to send service-related SMS messages.
04. SMS communications & privacy
Alaris Palm Properties LLC's Zoom Phone SMS brand is active, but SMS campaign approval and number activation are still pending. If SMS becomes available, it will be used only for service-related messages to people who have affirmatively consented, such as appointment confirmations, showing coordination, transaction updates, maintenance scheduling, and responses to client questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, call (808) 808-8326, or email team@alarispalm.com. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services. 05. Your choices
You may contact us to ask questions about your information, request updates or corrections to contact details, or withdraw optional SMS consent. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational and legal purposes.
06. Security, retention & changes
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we maintain and retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services and satisfy legal obligations. No online system or electronic communication is entirely free of risk. Our website hosting provider may maintain technical server logs for operating and securing this site. The website does not include advertising trackers or lead-capture forms.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.
